In case registered participant is unable to attend due to some reason, she/he may send his substitute to attend the conference. She/he must inform the secretariat latest by 1st November 2009. Otherwise, a penalty fee of 50 % of the ticket price will be imposed.
A replacement is welcome if you are unable to attend. Regrettably, no refund will be made for any cancellation or for ‘no show’ participant.
